Enhance SME Leader's product experience from onboarding > adoption > retention > evangelizing > feedback. Make and iterate Success program to improve these metrics:
  • Addressable needs identified with degree of urgency and severity
  • Customer lifetime value on subscription, in-app sales etc.
  • Referral signups and retention
Bring SME Leader into a close relationship with Sylvr:
  • Deliver product demos, conduct onboarding, take requests and feedback
  • Coordinate or create tutorials to improve SME's understanding of Management Science
  • Maintain own data models to supplement platform data till platform evolves

  • Good listener, highly attentive, and considerate towards people

During my MBA👨‍🎓, I learnt how Japanese society strives for inclusion of their elderly. It opened my eyes to the many value creation possibilities if we defeat ageism. 'How to transform loneliness😞 to legacy🧙‍♂️?' keeps me curious and my internal compass has gone from:
