Seeking a small team that wants to:
- strengthen self-regulation
- grow connectedness
- improve problem solving
- increase creativity
- build empathy
- improve communication
- reduce stress/burnout
- increase effectiveness
- create a positive work environment
- incorporate trauma-informed best practices
What you get:
- 6 one hour sessions tailored to your needs
- trainings on mind-body principles, the nervous system, polyvagal theory, trauma informed practices, creativity, etc.
- somatic practices for the workplace and everywhere else
- movement and self-care practices to counteract work-related tension
- tools to track the results of coaching
What you give:
- Your commitment to showing up and applying the tools learned
- Regular feedback via tracking system
- co-creation of program based on team objectives and ongoing feedback
- testimonials
- referals to other teams who could benefit from coaching
- Optional monetary donation or trade based upon results
Who you are:
- a team of 3-12 people
- able to attend sessions M-F, between 9-5 PT
- willing and able to apply somatic tools and report results weekly
- willing to be a case study for marketing purposes
- willing to be a co-creator of this process
- dedicated to using the tools you learn to create a sustainable and trauma-informed work culture
Who I am:
- a trauma-informed somatic coach
- a licensed massage therapist
- 25 years experience in the wellness and caregiving industries
- lived experience with trauma, neruodivergence, and disability and the benefits of somatic therapies for these and other conditions
- autodidact, design thinking enthusiast, multi passionate artist, creativity expert
