Create unique template for website and web application

I am a freelance frontend developer. Beside my regular workflow, I am planning to make some unique templates for websites and web applications. So, I am looking to partner up with UI designers who can create elegant and unique templates which can be monetized.  

And, if the project gets successful then I would like to sell it to platforms like Gumroad,  Themeforest, TemplateMonster, etc. These platforms have some strict standards for design and coding. So, I can't ensure that the template will be sold. But, we can surely share these as our Portfolio items and also sell from our own sites. If the templates are sold we can split the profit equally.
