Staying positive is the key to problem solving your way out of trouble.

It is easy to second guess your decisions and play Monday morning quarterback after the fact.

It's even easier for other people to do it to you.

Nothing in business goes the way you planned it 100% of the time.

Guess what... Being hard on yourself to the point of stopping momentum is compounding the problem, not solving it.

Try this 5 step process called GTASK:

1. Give yourself credit for doing something in the first place.
2. Take responsibility for the moves you made.
3. Assess the new information you have.
4. Start problem solving until a new plan is formulated.
5. Kick off the new plan.

When negative thoughts creep in, they take up all of your brain space.

It becomes much harder to think.

Negativity happens when you don’t have a way to assess you current situation and get back into action.

Now you have a plan.

Go do some cool shit!
