After working on my own heuristic evaluation of the tool in its current form, I met users and experienced designers from all over the world this week. This included both users who have been interested and users of the tool since the beginning, but also users who just found out and saw potential in it. Conducted an extensive interview with both groups of users about search patterns, ease of use and usability and functionality of the current website.
