Candidature writing, budget planning, raising funds from sponsorships, logistics, collaborating with people, coordinating teams, dealing with providers, achieving the set up of an antenna in an amusement park for providing internet for a ~300 developer-oriented conference that would be removed after a week. Managing breakdowns, fears, success.
