Based on years of working with teams at scale to discover untapped market opportunities, define product strategy, and deliver compelling digital experiences that meet customer needs, I published the Value Mapping Framework to help teams focus their product vision, improve collaboration, and optimize for differentiation. 

It's been widely adopted at Capital One and beyond, and is now included in course material for a graduate-level course at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
