Building a new department

Product Marketing has moved from the marketing department to the product Department and is now part of my charter.


-  Elevated Product Marketing responsibility from Marketing to Product Department, overseeing GTM and DevRel functions.


-  Leading recruitment efforts to build a high-performing and diverse Product Marketing team with a focus on a well-balanced mix of product and industry expertise.


-   Ensuring adherence to bill of materials to prevent scope creep and deliver agreed-upon assets.


-  Emphasizing the importance of cross-functional alignment and collaboration among Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to drive successful Product Marketing outcomes, define ownership and responsibilities, and cultivate positive relationships.
