The MLH Open Source Fellowship is a 12-week internship alternative for students interested in becoming software engineers. Instead of an internship at a single company, we contributed to the type of Open Source projects that every company depends on.
I will be working with a pod of 8-10 students, a professional mentor, and 2-3 Open Source project maintainers. I will be involved in pair programming, work through open issues, write up documentation together with other pod members, participate in hackathons, show and tell presentations, and play CTFs.

I contributed to React Native Tutorial App under Facebook Open Source maintainers - Ricky Hanlon and Keion.
