> Worked with practice / project team in migrating 1000+ mailboxes from exchange 2016 to exchange online. > Performed pre migration task like proxy address stamping, attribute stamping for the geo location and to ensure the synchronization of object, group assignment for the licenses. > Created and monitored the batch and performed cutover as per the schedule shared by management post sending communication to the user. > Performed post migration task as coordination with the GSD team, removing the shared mailbox automapping and send as permission, guiding GSD team to add the accounts additionally. > Troubleshooted the post migration issues and escalated it to Microsoft support based on requirement. > Performed PST import for all migrated and non- migrated mailboxes to decom the third-party archiving solution. > Collected the data from backup team and prepared reports to plan import process. > Shared report with the client management during the entire process.
