Power automate
I have finally launched what has been my first major piece of automation for the Legal team at work. It uses a mix of MS Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate to create a non-disclosure agreement. Previously, a junior member of the legal team would need to take the request and manually create a document to then email it out (and handle any changes) – a process that is not unusual across many business processes.

My tool uses Forms as a front end to capture the answers to four questions (and the email address of the submitter through Microsoft 365). This is then taken by Power Automate and presented in a .pdf file that is emailed to the submitter. Total time form hitting “submit” on the form to getting the document – under five minutes. Really pleased with how this (and a couple of associate tools) has come out and it has been well received, but I see this as a start. The tools are very powerful and could be used to build so much more.
