  • not hire people,
  • fire people,
  • work with a lot of type personalities,
  • work with new technologies (Elixir, Erlang, Docker, Kubernetes,...),
  • teach developers about technologies,
  • improve my soft skills,
  • handle conflicts,
  • plan SW development from multiple perspectives,
  • handle huge problems,
  • everything is possible with right attitude,
  • many more.
