“Set Priorities for Your Day”

I used to roll out of bed and roll into work.

I’d get sucked into email, “fires,” etc.

Then, I’d look up and it’d be noon or 1pm.

Now, I begin with a simple morning practice: prayer meditation, push-ups, and priorities.

It’s made a night and day difference.

I now get more real work done in the first three hours of my day than I used to get done in two unfocused days. No exaggeration.
