Erica is a Product Designer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Previously, she worked as an Associate Medical Planner at Perkins Eastman in Studio 6 | Healthcare. Erica graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C. where she completed her Bachelor of Architecture. 

At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Erica is responsible for identifying, building, and validating novel technological capabilities to expand core expertise to new and existing markets and contexts. On the Tech Incubation team, she designs and manages all aspects of a user's involvement and creates solutions by designing Web and Mobile Applications, Virtual Reality, Extended Reality, and Augmented Reality experiences. 

She uses 3D modeling and gaming software such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, and Rhinoceros 5 to build unique VR, AR, and XR environments. Her design role includes assisting in the coordination, organization and production of major pilot-able healthcare products and services.
