What has started as an ad hoc open source project idea on Reddit in 2016, Swiss Hyperloop -> (https://swisspod.ch)has turned out to become an internationally staffed, well-founded startup participating and winning several times at Elon-Musk's Hyperloop competitions in his Space-X test-track. As an advisor to the CEO we have built an interdisciplinary team of remote working field experts across time-zones and cultures and got the funding to finally put in place what we have envisioned - among this dealing with local authorities to build a world-first full size test-track in the canton of Wallis (which turned out to be too ambitious, but dealing with authorities on regional and national levels was quite an experience).
