Where motivation and professionalism is never an issue here, orchestrating different interests, career paths and schedules in a very agile setup that is closer to an idea and tinkering than an organization with a plan, is quite ambitious. But guess what: we are aiming for the moon - and nobody has told us it's going to be easy :-)
