I am Ricardo Peniche, and I think there's always a better way in which things could work. I see myself as a dreamer –a magic realist–, a problem solver, and a strategist.

When solving problems, I focus on the WHAT to understand what is trying to be solved.
When designing, I focus on the HOW to materialize delightful experiences.
Since joining the startup world in 2010, I have worn many hats as needed, especially in leading positions at early-stage startups.
In 2020 I collaborated with delt.ai, and later that year was invited to join Tribe, as a the Product Designer. Before that, I helped Conekta in various roles scale from Seed to post-Series-A.
