Advanced knowledge of Active Directory (Windows 2003 – present, including Azure AD): Complex multi-domain environments designed and sized for effective and efficient use. Forensics and visibility. Successfully planned and executed 3 Cross-Forest Active Directory migrations. Integration with Azure Active Directory using Azure AD Connect and a functional knowledge of the various identity models (cloud-only vs. hybrid and the implications of each).
Azure Active Directory expert: Understand the in-and-outs of Azure Active Directory, including the underlying infrastructure that is often considered unnecessary but drives deeper insights for troubleshooting and solution design. Solid understanding of Conditional Access Policies, Privileged Identity Management, and Just-in-time administration.
PowerShell expert: Writes and maintains PowerShell automation scripts following best practices including Help/Test Driven Development using Pester, error handling, efficiency, use of .NET framework, Git repositories, and publishing to the PowerShell Gallery (defunct) and Github.
