Shut down a product
Today (Nov. 22) I sent out a note to users that I'm shutting down Keep Posted. The deeper I went with it, the more I realized it wasn't solving the problem it was supposed to. It was fun, and (I think) a good attempt at fixing a real issue, but time to move on to something else.

I learned a lot from the project, both about the team-collaboration space and myself. Retrospective blog posts coming soon.
