Reviewed a book
"A single black swan is enough to prove that not all swans are white. If you want to prove that there are only white swans, you must first find all the swans."

With great pleasure I have now read "We lead differently!" by Mark Poppenborg. In doing so, I found:

Confirmation: A systematic view (such as Luhmann's) can be very helpful when working in a company.

New: An interesting aspect that I will think through further: companies that make their decisions dependent on the satisfaction of their employees are creeping dumb towards the market.

Surprise: Sometimes it can help not to ask "How?" but "How not?" when a problem arises. This way I automatically force myself to create one or more filters to counter the endless solutions of the eternal "outside the box" thinking. Great impulse, I hadn't seen it coming.

Impulse: "A good idea is typically characterized by the fact that it deviates from past patterns and can prove useful only after it has been realized."

I highly recommend that great read!

It supports the added value of a company by getting the most out of resources and services, as well as by anticipating and solving problems. Digital offerings can even optimize these aspects.
