Robin Greene_Harper is the, CEO of WillowLXD, a minority-led team with over 30 years of combined experience designing learning experiences. They strive to create innovative and engaging learning experiences for all learning and training environments. 

Robin has 20 years of experience in corporate roles, L&D, academic leadership, and learning experience design that prepared her to become an adaptable innovative thinker with the ability to understand complex situations and create engaging learning opportunities. She continually improves her skills through lifelong learning and dedication to helping others achieve their goals. Robin is an effective communicator who can adapt to different personalities, styles, and time frames.

Her career has come full circle and she has a master understanding of the principles of instructional design, multimedia production, scripting, graphic design, usability testing, and e-learning development. Robin is passionate about providing instructional content that humanizes the learning experience. A researcher and advocate for best practices, she has an innovative approach to integrating technology into learning to bring authentic experiences to learning environments.
