I've been coaching for more than 20 years both in the corporate world and for personal issues. I've lead small teams of three people and large teams of 60+ people. I've been that guy who was promoted to manager and not given and training about what the difference was from the team member role I had the day before. I want to share my experience and the difference it can make to the way you get the best from your people and yourself.
