Like many technical leaders at early-stage startups, I wear many different hats. I play the role of a hiring manager, I do a bit of product management, etc. But, more importantly, I help advance the engineering roadmap and drive engineering projects from problem statements to production releases to long-term operations and maintenance.

I am involved in all aspects of Product and Infrastructure Engineering. Specifically, I focus on architecting and developing scalable systems that serve as the backbone of our products and services. These systems can range from the data processing pipelines that power our new internal analytics platform to the contact center application used by our customer and driver support team.
