I started with WCF in VB/C#, I have done some API HTTP (nothing RESTful, my amateur fault!) with Net Framework ASP MVC C# and since then I have done everything RESTful with Net Core ASP MVC C#.

Until NodeJS and ExpressJS was a must of our client and now I am between javascript and C#.
