I have been practicing Yoga since 2018. Before coming across it, I was running. However, I wanted to work out my entire body and I consider Yoga as the one helping me in that area.
After 2 years, I was able to do my front split. Then the following year, I was able to achieve a front split on the other side and middle split as well.
I have done the following types of Yoga: Hot Flow, Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin, Core, Power, Gentle Flow
I wish to keep working on my flexibility and achieving other advanced Yoga poses.
