Mentorship sessions

Mentored a student who is looking to switch to UI/UX. We talked about what happens in the mind of a recruiter, what they expect from a portfolio, how much time they spend. After setting the expectations, with the help of another mentor, we explained what are do's and don'ts of a portfolio by providing detailed feedback of hers. Provided other portfolios to her for inspiration
