My key takeaways include:

1) An excellent view of a hiring manager's goals and concerns while looking for a new team member. The type of personality the hiring manager typically has - organised, analytical, busy, mix of team player and independence

2) Learnt how candidates are assessed in each of the interview along with a scorecard

3) Crucial to have backups even though you have offers

4) Stakeholder's opinion of the new candidate matters a lot since they will be working closely with you

5) Hiring manager needs to deliver a project within this time and needs certain skillsets. HM will be looking for those candidates keeping in mind about budget cost, education cost (esp for juniors)
