This highlight has two parts:
1. I rewrote and shipped my new website using the young but awesome Bridgetown framework. It's a joy to use something familiar and yet fresh to up my personal website game. I started really simply, and I know that the site will evolve a whole lot from here on out.
2. I wrote a scraper in Ruby to scrape pages of apartment complex websites, so that we wouldn't have to visit individual pages to keep track of which apartments were available. We found our future apartment through this handy little command line tool, and I had a blast writing it.
