Hey! 👋 I'm a product person passionate about people, good design and all things digital. With a background in statistics, I've had the pleasure of working in the insurance, energy, superannuation and education industries. 

Covering everything from customer journey mapping, digital product analysis and development (ideation through to execution and iteration road mapping), agile and product management methodologies, through to UX/UI design, human centred design, business analysis and solution architecture – I bring together competing business needs and well-designed, customer-focused, digital-first end products. I've learnt that it's not only about asking the right questions, but asking and beginning with, 'why'.

On my journey into all things digital, it's my passion to bring people together, working collaboratively to create awesome experiences for the customer. I appreciate good design, am always asking questions, and thrive on getting things done and making a meaningful impact in what I do.

When I’m not at my day job, I am visiting local cafes with my wife and sons, catching up with friends, keeping active (snowboarding is a fave) and staying current on all things tech.
