We kicked off a 3-month period of exploration for our new product, Polaris. We'll be learning more about the current competitive landscape, reading up on best practices for product management, and - most importantly - talking to lots of different product managers.

We want to better understand how they work, what problems they have, and what tools are working (and not working) today. 

I'll also be creating quick mock-ups as we go, both to capture ideas and to prompt discussions with coworkers and potential users.
