First off, what is an EPK?
EPK = Electronic Press Kit
We like to refer to it as a “mini-website”
It’s home to your:
(in this order)
> Bio
> Press & Accomplishments
> Latest Tracks & Albums
> Events Played
> Music Video
> Streaming Platform Links
> Contact Information

⭐️Quick Tip: Although you don’t need them, professional photos will take your EPK to the NEXT LEVEL
Before we get started on how to 10x your Album Rollout
Let’s go quickly over each section of your EPK
Section 1: Bio 📕
Your artist bio should typically be 150-350 words
Keep it short and simple with a little bit of flare
When writing your bio, ask yourself:
> Who am I?
> Why do I make music?
> Who do I make music for?
To lead you in the right direction

Section 2: Press & Accomplishments 🥇
Each blog placement, industry accomplishment, or personal goals you’ve hit
Include them in your EPK!
Section 3: Latest Tracks & Albums
Make sure you have links to all your tracks and albums
Have a big discography? Just include your favorites or top performers
⭐️Quick Tip: Keep your links to the same streaming platform throughout.
Section 4: Events Played 🎤
Each event you go to… add it to your EPK
Simple as that
Just list em
*Optional - add the event flyer
Section 5: Music Videos 🎥
Embed each music video into your EPK
Section 6: Streaming Platforms ⚡️
For your EPK, you want to choose one streaming platform to hyperlink to
But, in this section, you want to link to the profile of all other streaming platforms
This allows people to listen to you on the platform they prefer
Section 7: Contact Info 📱
This is the last section of your EPK
It will hold your:
> Email
> Phone #
> All social media platforms

Here’s 3 things you MUST do with your EPK right now:
1. Keep it in your back pocket - whenever someone wants to know anything about you, send them this. It’s quick and easy to read, they will love it!
2. Send it to friends and family
3. Email/DM to bloggers and curators - This can be a slippery slope, so I will go into some quick detail ⬇️
It’s NEVER ok to spam
No one likes it and it doesn’t work
INSTEAD, take the time to engage with the blogger/curator
