Gave a Q1 2022 report update of Chakra UI to the core members to help them appreciate how far we've come as a team.

I also discussed the mission of Chakra UI, our roadmap for the next months, and the impact we're here to make in the ecosystem.

I think the meeting helped to re-center the core team and I'm glad it happened 😊
