Initial pre-release of Android UI Testing utils

Inital pre-release including  a set of TestRules, ActivityScenarios and utilities to facilitate UI and snapshot testing under given configurations.

The initial pre-release contains TestRules and ActivityScenarios for the following configurations
- FontSizes
- Locales (no Pseudolocales yet)

Support for AndroidViews and Activities
