I am a listener and expert at asking targeted questions to help uncover the root of the (technical, business process, digital transformation) problems people face. Once we’ve decomposed the issues, then we can develop pragmatic and functional solutions to real problems, solutions that have an immediate impact.

I love learning about and developing an understanding of a wide variety of topics. Learning outside our core competencies makes us better at understanding systems and how interactions cross functional boundaries. This leads to better solutions.
