There is no holiday approval process or time of request form, we use slack status to know if we can contact you or not and that’s as much ‘approval’ as you need to work when where and how works best for you. 

Building a new in-house engineering team who are able to work when, where and how they work best. This level of flexibility is helping to support underrepresented groups build careers in engineering and giving us access to the best talent.
