I love to "automate boring stuff" (quoting Al Sweigart book: Automate the Boring Stuff with Python), and so I did with the Telegram channel of Confindustria Vicenza.

First I created the channel, then I created the automation via IFTTT:
-> for each new element in the RSS feed from my website blog...
-> ... create a Telegram message on the channel
