Created Hubspot inbound lead flows
I'm not sure this is a big mistake or if it actually makes sense? But I just built out three different forms for getting in contact with our Sales team.

We've recognised that prospects often have slightly different intends when contacting us. Sometimes they want to know more about our product on a demo. Other times, they just want a quote because they don't want to spend time on a demo before they know if we're within their price range. Or, they might just have a basic question they want to ask.

By only having a Book a demo form we worried it would hold back prospects with other intends from getting in contact. Now they have optionality and we capture their intend for a more focused conversation going forward.

We hope to achieve two things with this:
  1. Cut down on demo bookings that could have been an email.
  2. Get more leads by giving optionality to prospects. We're a very async company ourselves and very rarely book demos when purchasing new tools. But we often want to engage via email.

Maybe this is completely stupid. I've looked at a lot of other SaaS websites for inspiration and no one seems to do it like this. But I believe it's worth a try!
