I decided to quit my 20+ year corporate career at Nike and Apple to start my own businesses as a leadership coach and a fractional People / Revenue Officer for startups and small medium businesses.

I  coach founders to scale their teams from 5 to 50 and beyond. 

I work with founders and business owners to implement and structure their sales and people teams to achieve growth, both in revenue and in their people and culture

I bring leadership experiences from running large teams for 20+ years @ Nike / Apple / Accenture.

My wife and I also run a K to 8 Waldorf School in Hong Kong, so we know what it is like to run a start up.
