Leverage strong business intelligence acumen, effective technology leadership, and project management expertise to oversee the project life cycle for government, corporate, and small business initiatives. Orchestrate projects from inception to post-sales support as a key Business/Data Analyst, Account Manager, presales/implementation/delivery manager, Project Manager, and post implementation—serving as a trusted client’s IT advocate. Analyze business requirements and deficiencies before developing project plans, resource allocation, and deliverables, utilizing SDLC. 
§  Communicate with clients, from C-suite executives to front line personnel in gathering project requirements, assessing business/IT needs, complex front- and back-end designs, implementation planning, testing, data validation, deployment, and training to ensure detailed project coordination with minimal business disruption.
§  Proactive in identifying and reporting possible project risk and issues; develop detailed project status reports. 
§  Support Business Intelligence (BI) Division by championing business development strategies and project oversight.  
§  Technical advisor and contributor in technical discussions to identify data sources and database resources in design and development of data models. 
§  Implement 3-tier architecture, data-extraction, data-modeling and application development.
§  Oversee and direct installation, configuration, and administration of QlikView /Qlik Sense Server. 
§  Design and develop Dashboards and utilize charts, extensions and incorporate Customer Theme and conduct System and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Data Validation for all the reports and dashboards.  
§  Devise and deliver technical/financial proposals, RFP review/analysis and perform technical/end-user training sessions onsite at client locations.
Boost sales and revenue by managing/servicing customer accounts, deliver quality customer service, and conduct unit presales support at client sites that include presentations, demonstrations, POC, and follow-up.
