I called this candidate in the afternoon to inform him that he had been chosen and that his job offer letter is on its way. He said, "Oh thank you very much, I've been waiting for this opportunity for a long time."

I felt so privileged and fortunate to be able to make this call. Three more individuals will be receiving the job offer that I'm preparing right now, and I can't wait to help more.
