I attended a seminar on "The Impact of Women's Leadership in Urbanization" at the Pakistan Pavilion at Dubai EXPO 2020 yesterday. Sadia Irfan (HR Director, Fatima Group) blew me away with the information, experiences, and insights she gave on women leadership.
I was astounded to learn that our women are succeeding in every field. In society and the workplace, women unquestionably stand shoulder to shoulder with males. The trend has changed, and women are now more free to express themselves and be who they want to be.
Women are stepping up to help and empower one another. This is the way to a bigger victory in the future.
