How creative people are who create the opportunities for themselves. While I was delivering a seminar in Dubai, this gentleman who comes from the Philippines was sitting in the audience and busy sketching my face. 

After I finished my speech, he walked up close to me and shared his token of appreciation and work. I was amazed, happy and congratulated him for his amazing talent. 

People are awesome! Companies need to focus on hiring talent with ideas. Ideas will bring uniqueness to your business. 

Many companies would just fail because of lack of talent (in ideas) and they've just the 'doers' performing tasks as routine only.
