It struck me deeply when I realized that pollution isn't confined to the air we breathe or the environment we inhabit. There exists another form of pollution, one that seeps into our very minds and souls: "information pollution."

It's a suffocating and relentless onslaught of unwilling and utterly unnecessary content, fueled by the relentless proliferation of social platforms and our insatiable desire to be present on each and every one of them.

We are hurtling headlong into an abyss of overwhelming and soul-crushing information overload, and it fills me with a profound sense of despair.
