Job seekers will find it deeply disappointing to hear that walk-in interviews have been cancelled while they continue to wait for their turn.

Interviews on a walk-in basis during these days are not recommended. Resumes can be collected online and candidates can be invited at various times throughout the day, giving everyone a chance to be interviewed.

It would be great if companies also considered separate days for males and females to walk in.
