It was 2014 when I moved to Dubai from Germany in a quest to explore new career horizons and was eager to get an offer during my time of visit.

Just like any other job aspirant, I also applied for numerous vacancies within few weeks in a hope to get an interview call. Prayers and efforts finally paid off and I received a call to appear in an interview.

I had an amazing discussion with the interviewer. She asked quality questions giving me the opportunity to punch in my strengths and explain what I can do. She was totally impressed and I could see that!

After hearing my all answers and towards the end of our discussion, to my surprise she asked me to wait for a while please. Later, she printed and offered me the job right on spot. Yes, she did! 

But also told me that, "I would not advise you to take this offer. Seeing your abilities and skill-sets you can do more than this job and suggested me to look out for more opportunities."

That job role offered salary little close to my expectations but following her suggestions I did not accept the offer.

These are the real HR heroes who see the talent, spark and fire in a candidate who can do more and beyond than what is offered on the plate. I certainly would've been in a different position had I accepted the offer back then.
