The world is changing at a breakneck pace! People are more linked than ever before, businesses are increasingly digital, and new teach-innovations are appearing nearly daily.
I believe that it is now critical that educational institutions focus also on training their students/graduates in areas such as:
- The workplace norms and cooperate challenges
- Living and working in a different culture and region
- Maintaining and grooming your digital presence
- Learning the art of creating passive income streams
By saying this, I do not mean that a single session should be delivered, but rather that a series of workshops centered on these topics should be held throughout the academic year.
To see a shift in the workplace ecosystem, we must first bring a change in educational institutions where future leaders are studying.
Only when we think different; we become different.
