Do you wish to feel great, well try this routine for a month and you will be amazed to see the difference in your body, mind and soul.

1. Wake up at 5:00am
2. Exercise five days a week for at least an hour
3. Say no to fast food, eat fruits and more fibers and protein  
4. Drink only water and no fizzy drinks
5. Read books for inspiration and gaining knowledge
6. Schedule hours to use your personal social media accounts
7. Get 6-8 hours of peaceful sleep without changing times
