Created the user experience and web interface for Ava Scribe, an in-house tool that allows humans and computers (ASR – Automatic Speech Recognition) to work together (human-in-the-loop) to provide deaf and hard of hearing users real time transcription.

Conducted research, designed overall user experience, researched and wrote specs for features, designed web UI, created component library, mapped out information architecture, created iconography and brand guidelines. Created and maintained internal wiki and documentation for this project.

Worked closely with the CEO, data scientists and engineers (ASR and ML teams), front end web developer, and relay specialist, to design and implement this product.
