“The Air Cadet Leadership Course at RAFC Cranwell is recognized as one of the most difficult and intense courses available to air cadets” The week course provided me training in: leadership, management skills, inter-personal skills, team building, public speaking, navigation training, orienteering, fitness training and deportment, bearing and discipline. At the end of the week I had to combine all the training to effectively lead and to manage a team of 15 members and successfully and execute a given mission. I was awarded the 'Excellent Cadet' award due to gaining the highest score on the execution of my mission against the course criteria.
