The word that describes me the best is ‘connector’. I learn out loud in community in order to support co-creating more open and efficient ways of collaborating, learning, and sharing knowledge. I sit at the intersection of online community, knowledge management, learning and development, and digital workplace technology.
I am also learning how to be my sister’s authorized representative in a program called CDASS. She has a rare syndrome called Jansen de Vries Syndrome. We are following person-centered practices on our journey together.
